Mile High Compounds is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Refunds & Returns

Yes, we accept unused, unopened product returns less than 60 days after the original purchase date. You will be issued a full refund, minus the cost of shipping & a 10% refund fee once we receive the return. This 10% is to cover the processing fee we are charged by our card processor.
- If your product is damaged or lost during shipping, you must have purchased the Route shipping insurance, and file a claim through them to receive a refund or reship. Mile High Compounds is not held liable for damaged or lost packages if Route shipping insurance is unselected at checkout.
