Terms of Sale: Returns and Replacements

1. Return Eligibility Returns are authorized solely for products that remain unused, unopened, and sealed. Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the purchase date.

2. Refund Calculation Refunds are issued for the product value only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from all returns to cover payment processing and restocking costs.

3. Order Cancellation Cancellations are only accepted prior to order fulfillment. Once the fulfillment process has commenced, the order is final.

4. Quality Assurance & Replacements We stand by the purity of our products. However, due to the sensitive nature of peptides, replacements for reconstituted products are subject to strict quality control verification:

• Reconstitution Media: Replacement requests are only honored if the researcher utilized Mile High Compounds or Hospira brand bacteriostatic water. Use of other solutions voids this guarantee.

• Research Outcomes: We do not offer compensation or replacements based on subjective research results or experimental efficacy.
